Research Goals
The broad objectives of the Laboratory are to understand cellular signalling networks in relation to the altered properties of transformed cells, using the PKC family as a paradigm. To establish the means of assessing how these processes are altered in tumours and whether this is informative for prognosis or, more directly, whether intervention in a positive or negative sense represents a rational approach to treatment.
